In the Aladin Foods menu, we have added vegetarian options—our star product in this category being falafel. We believe in the taste of real products, and this is why in making falafels we only use chickpeas, garlic, parsley, and aromatic spices. The lack of preservatives and the use of fresh products shorten the falafel’s shelf life, but the taste is quite memorable. The falafel mix is produced at our workshop in the village of Tsalapitsa to ensure that it meets the quality standard of Aladin Foods. Due to our processes and special packaging, the falafel mix arrives at our stores and with our partners with a preserved aroma and excellent quality.
