The first production base of Aladin Foods is the Pita bread bakery. The production line is fully automated – from the placement of the dough to the packing of the Arabic bread. The production capacity is 68,000 pieces of pita bread and meets the needs of both our chain of stores and external customers. Our Pita bread is prepared according to an original recipe and contains only flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. It consists of two thin layers of dough with a round shape, baked at a temperature of 690˚С – 750˚С. Each layer has a thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm without a center, which lowers the content of water compared to traditional bread by ~28%. This is one of the reasons, which makes pita bread faster as well as easier to digest by our bodies. For the production of our end product, special flour is developed and perfected by the technologists at Aladin Foods together with the biggest mills in Bulgaria.
